  • Aiello's Locksmiths is pleased to offer our customers, what we consider to be the widest selection of top quality entrance locksets, deadbolts, backboards, and push-button locks. We purchase direct from most of our vendors and have been providing some of the best dealer pricing available. Our listed prices are usually less than our competitors, if not, we will match there prices in most cases.

  • Aiello's Locksmiths reserves the right to make adjustments on prices and products due to errors, changing market conditions, product discontinuation or typographical errors in advertisement. Aiello's Locksmiths is not responsible for manufacturer price changes which may occur at any time without notice.


  • Most orders for In-Stock products begin the order process as soon as your online purchase is completed. Your In-Stock product will be shipped once the item is located in stock, your payment is approved, and the receiving address is verified. You will not be charged for any product until it is shipped to your home or institution.

  • Aiello's Locksmiths will attempt to represent only products that are available from manufacturers. We are constantly checking with manufacturers for updated products as well as discontinued products. Due to back orders from manufacturer's and/or distributor's delayed shipments, we cannot accept responsibility for the unavailability of products promoted on our website.


  • Aiello's Locksmiths special promotional offers are not valid for previous purchases. Promotions only apply to future, or current seasonal promotions. Promotional offers on complete basketball systems may be used one time per calendar year.

  • Only one discount promotional code may be used per product. If you obtained multiple promo codes, Aiello's Locksmiths reserves the right to choose which discount to apply. Please view our website as we offer new discounts and specials on a weekly basis!


  • All orders cancelled before they are shipped will be issued a refund, minus a 7% administration fee.

  • Once a product has been shipped, customers are responsible for making shipping arrangements and for the cost of freight to and from the destinations. Refunds will be posted once the products are returned to the warehouse. We do not credit back shipping charges of the original purchase.

  • If you wish to return your order within 15 days upon delivery, you must call and obtain a "Return Merchandise Authorization" (RMA). Once we determine the product can be returned, we will give you an RMA #, and specific instructions to expedite the return process.

  • Refunds will be posted once the products are returned to our warehouse. Orders delivered after 15 days can not be returned.

  • All returns and exchanges must be new, unused and in resell-able condition. Also all products must contain original packaging, manuals and accessories.

  • All Custom Orders, Special Orders, Hoop Cover Orders, and Institutional Grade Access Control Systems can not be Returned. This is due to the fact of high costs that go into the design work and/or preping the products, and/or the cost of freight and restocking fee's.

  • All other returns of products are subject to a 30 to 50% restocking fee. Plus the Original cost of Shipping to your facility, and back to the Manufacturer.


  • Please allow 2-3 business days to process your order. Products typically arrive to your home or institution within 8 to 10 business days after leaving the warehouse.

  • Larger and heavier products can only be shipped via ground freight and can not be expedited.

  • Freight drivers are not responsible for delivering products into your home or institution. We strongly encourage you to have someone available to assist you with heavy products.

  • Any additional services, such as two-man delivery, inside delivery, lift-gate trucks are not included in the price of shipping. Additional services cost between $75.00 and $125.00 extra. You may purchase these services directly from the freight company when they call you for an appointment to deliver your product(s).

  • Most delivery companies will call and notify you to schedule a delivery date and time. Usually there is a 3 to 5 hour timeframe for the delivery and someone must be home to sign for the products.

  • Upon delivery, inspect the carton(s) for any damage that might have occurred during shipment. It is common for a carton to show some wear, however if it is evident that damage has occurred, refuse the delivery and contact us immediately.

  • If internal damage is found upon opening your shipment, you must call us within 10 days of receipt of delivery. Aiello's Locksmiths will either replace the damaged parts or have the product completely replaced at no cost to you. Any request for replacement after 10 days of receipt of delivery, you will incur charges for replacement parts and shipping costs.


  • We offer Free Shipping on most of our products, however, some larger basketball systems, such as portable systems will incur a Shipping Charge. Please call us before ordering, for shipping quote. Shipping charges for orders placed on this website are based on the weight of the product ordered. Multiple products of the same manufactured typically receive a volume-shipping discount; please call us for a quote & shipping date before you place your order.

  • Some U.S cities offer very limited delivery and freight services, as a result of this, freight service rates can be very expensive, and excede what normal freight costs are. With that said, we have to charge the customer for all or part of the shipping costs. If indeed your order falls under these circumstances, we will contact you in writing before your order is processed

  • Alaska, Hawaii, International Orders. For shipments outside of the continental USA, please call us at 404-456-3817 for a shipping quote.

  • We do not ship to Post Office Boxes.

  • Aiello's Locksmiths retains the right to adjust shipping & handling costs accordingly if the order is outside of our normal weight & dimension standards.
